Overview
Set off to discover the unknown Rif, this region of northern Morocco which has retained all its authenticity and which sees very few tourists as the region is still little known to the general public. We pick you up by car in the jewel of the Rif, the city of Al Hoceima.
We will pass by the magnificent Sfiha beach to take photos and observe in particular the Peñón de Alhucemas (rock of Al Hoceïma). We will pass through towns in the region to reach the Red Fortress, Kalaa Al Hamra, in the rural commune of Arbaa Taourirt.
Stop for photos. From there, we will start to climb (by car) on a mountain road to reach a traditional Rifian village of organic farmers at 1300 meters above sea level. Meal (Tajine) and traditional Moroccan tea. Walking tours. Visit to a village at 1600 meters altitude.

Al Hoceima

Departing from Al Hoceima, we will see the following sites:
Sfiha beach with its breathtaking view of Peñón de Alhucemas (rock of Alhucemas or rock of Al Hoceïma), also called by the Riffians of northern Morocco, island of Nekkor. -

Visit the Red Fortress, better known as Kalaa Al Hamra. This building, which dates from the 1930s and is located in the commune of Arbiaa Taourirt, constitutes an integral part of the collective memory of the region's inhabitants. Due to its particular appearance it is considered a castle and a multi-service administrative headquarters thanks to its 99 rooms. Taking photos and landscape.

Visit to a traditional Rifian village at 1300 meters altitude and a typical house of a farming family. Traditional meal with vegetables and organic foods from local agriculture and a welcome tea. Trekking on trails only accessible by foot and used by local people and pets. Visit to olive and fig tree plantations made by the farmer in the mountains.
